I recently decided to upgrade my kitchen rather than have it completely replaced. It is a large kitchen (about 12 feet by 11 feet) and I required new cupboard doors, new drawers, worktops, sink unit, and various other improvements.
As I live near Wallington I discovered and used The Kitchen Makeover Shop knowing very little about them except for one verbal reference in that a person told us she know of someone who had chosen them and were very satisfied.
I am pleased to say, at this point, that I could not have chosen better.
From the start I had great help and patience with selecting materials and was under no pressure, despite changing my mind at times.
Arrangements were made allowing for materials to be delivered from afar, for instance, I had Quartz Black Diamond Stone Worktops and other materials which affected the timing as they had to be imported. Other difficulties which naturally arose, were dealt with immediately, in a most professional way, to ensure that they were successfully completed.
I am very proud that I made the right decision and was satisfied with all aspects of the work. Problem solving, efficiency, cleanliness, consideration, reliable timekeeping, the quality of every individual job, were all executed with skill to perfection.
We are so pleased we decided to use The Kitchen Makeover Shop (TKMS) for our kitchen renovation. The team was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They worked with us to help us achieve exactly the look we wanted. Altogether, we probably had an 80% new kitchen: we retained a number of cupboard carcasses, but had new quartz worktops, cupboard and drawer fronts, tiling and also some brand new cupboards and a custom-built wine rack and shelving unit. In terms of fitting, George’s attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident throughout the project and we had 100% trust in him. We were also pretty impressed that the whole thing took two weeks from start to finish (including final tweaks) and we only had no facilities for a small part of that time. I would recommend TKMS to anyone.
